1. Easier Sensory Experts®
Our Sensory Experts are either deprived of one of their five senses (hearing, smell, sight, taste and touch) or of their mobility. This helps them develop personal and unique counter strategies facing daily challenges in order to make up for their inconvenience.
We leverage their expertise, based on their experience of using the products and their unique intuitiveness to help all consumers, and in particular the Senior population.

2. Diagnosis and recommendations
We handle your products and packaging to evaluate and analyze their sensory properties. We also work on improving the shopping experience of customers at sales locations. We get involved in the stages of concept and product developments.
Our methodology relies on a unique test protocol developed by Easier with the endorsement of sensory analysis experts and health professionals.

Laurent is hemiplegic after a skiing accident. For 15 years, he has experienced reduced mobility in his everyday life. Therefore, he is thankful to be able to come up with improvements on products he uses. He has developed strategies to help him use daily products in order to make up for his disability. Laurent is an expert in operational marketing.
Vincent, who doesn’t have any disability, is persuaded that innovation is tied up with the understanding of new usage and approach by their users, not through technology. For the last 25 years in the industry, he has devoted his time on continuous improvement of products and processes.
Easier®. with its two founders, who are able and disabled, embodies an inclusive and collaborative approach. It makes connections between diverse groups in today’s working world.
